All refunds and returns must be initiated via [email protected] with our Dream Team who will provide the necessary documentation and walk you through the process.
A reminder that all refunds, returns, and exchanges require proof of purchase and proof of product condition via photos.
And the purchased product and packaging (including unused portions of topicals & consumables) must be returned with the documentation provided during your call with our Dream Team within 30 days of purchase.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND
Please note that products must be returned in new or gently used condition with the original packaging to qualify for a refund.We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
RESTOCKING FEE
Orders that are returned for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Must be returned to our warehouse. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.
THE FINER DETAILS ON RETURNS:
A product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The refund only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. The customer will be responsible for associated return costs. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.
Products are eligible for return if:
- Product was delivered less then 30 days ago
- The product is in the state as it arrived
- The original packaging is in the state as it arrived
- Customer is willing to pay for the shipping cost associated with the return

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on your account.
