I have been dealing with cystic adult acne for a few years now (31 years old). I have tried over the counter and high end face washes, oils, serums, spot treatments, prescription creams, chemical peel, you name it. Ihave been using the red and blue lights for 10-15 min each on the highest level for about two weeks (3-4x a week at night). I have recently started using PanOxyl facewash per my esthetician at night and think that is what is causing some drying on my combo skin. However it is hard to say if it is the facewash or mask bc I started them around the same time. Had to mention that, but it is nothing an extra bit of moisturizer after the treatment wonot handle. I started using a heavier gel moisturizer a few nights a week to combat this. Overall shipping from Hong Kong took about 3 weeks and am pretty pleased with the product so far. Hyper pigmentation is looking better and under the skin cycstic acne is going away on its own a lot sooner. I just realized the green light helps with wounds so am starting to add this in for 10 as well to combat active surface level breakouts.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now & I’m excited about how much it’s helping my skin. I’m 43 & I have combination skin – some clogged pores, a little sun damage & some lines & mild sagging – nothing major. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in all of these areas – plus, I’m not using my expensive skin products. It’s important to use it frequently to see results – I used it 6 days on weeks one & three, but only once or twice during the second week (when the improvements definitely stalled). I use it on the auto setting for about 30 – 45 minutes. I’ve found that just closing my eyes is the most comfortable way to wear it – it’s really not particularly uncomfortable, but it’s definitely a little awkward at first. That said, it still deserves 5 stars for the positive changes I’m seeing in my skin. I highly recommend it!

However, finding products that are effective enough to treat acne without drying out the skin is the eternal struggle. When my acne was not managed with over the counter products alone, I looked into the LED masks. I use the full strength energy (there are 5 different intensities of light with the mask) and I have mostly only used the red (to minimize inflammation) and blue (to alleviate acne) for about 20 minutes a day (at least 5 days a week), and after about 2 weeks, my acne has drastically improved. Also the texture and general quality of my skin is improved. I don’t believe there is ever a magic bullet option for any type of health or wellness product, and that is most certainly true for acne, but I believe this mask is a great tool among other lifestyle changes (improved diet, probiotics, exercise, etc.) that have helped improve my complexion. Just a note: I am careful to clean this between each use with 70% alcohol, and moisturize my skin well after each treatment (the ion gel that comes with the mask is great!) and I think both of these things are important for the effectiveness of the product!

I waited 3 weeks before posting this review. I absolutely love this product. I decided to buy this as an intro to light therapy as part of my skin care routine before investing in a more expensive product. The results exceeded my expectations. After two weeks my skin was Baby Clear. I first used it for around 10 minutes twice a day for about a week mainly using the red light setting on the highest level. The real results came in the following week. My skin felt so tight and radiant. I believe the red light stimulates cellular mitochondria so once you activate that process it’s ongoing. I am currently using it once every other day in the morning in bed while I snooze for 10 minutes before I have to wake up. I find that the red light gives me extra stimulation to wake up refreshed. Overall I’m so impressed with the results and quality of my skin so far.

I had done the light therapy masks before, but just the neutrogena ones. I had noticed a decrease in breakouts, but just felt like the cost wasn’t worth it. For the price of this mask, I definitely think its worth it. I alter the colors throughout the week, though I have 2 main ones I use. And I have noticed a difference in the 6 weeks that I’ve been using it. Results from these masks are over the long term, and implemented into a routine of at least 4 days a week, the results should be noticeable. I know that the light therapy you get at the salons are expensive, but I think that with the level of light therapy and the equipment, those results are designed to come a little faster. For this price, I’m very happy. Definitely worth the money.

My skin is very oily and I have large pores, so I decided to give this mask a try. I have a lot of different facial devices and after I use this mask, now it becomes my acne daily care routine. And I do see the result on my skin. I deep clean my skin every night and use this mask after that. The second morning my skin feels very smooth. I also tried to use my facial steamer before this mask just to get a better result. This mask improves my clogged pores as well. It could be a little complicated to use for the first time. I watched a YouTube video and it helped me set up everything. After the first time you should be able to use it easily. Overall I am very happy with this mask!

Been using for about one month and seems to work great. One con, however, is the mask must be held in place by me holding it in front of my face for long stretches of time (e.g., 20 minutes on blue for acne, 20 minutes on red for collagen, 20 minutes on green for fine line removal and acne, etc. with other colors available for other reasons). The strap used for holding the mask on your face is a complete no-go and lying down with the mask resting on your face is also not good, because it is too heavy and will leave marks on your face. Another slight con is the shape of the mask is rather small, so if you have a large face or not a round a face, it may not cover your chin area well. I use it while watching TV on my bed, laying on my side and supporting the mask with one hand.

I love the mask! It’s relaxing! I’ve been using it everyday for 60 minutes. I use the Auto setting with a power setting at 5. I have seen some improvement in my skin. Some darker areas are starting to lighten. It hasn’t been long enough for me to see full benefits yet, but I do find that I sleep better after using it! The only downfall is that, it’s heavy around the bridge of the nose. I purchased a pillow to lay just under the bottom of the mask to help hold it up. Other wise, I was holding it up with my hand, and it gets tiresome.

I remember when I go to the beauty store to do facial, I pay extra money for the LED facial option, and they only use the LED on my face for ten to fifteen minutes maybe, now I can do my LED facial at home by myself, easily and money saving! As now I used red and green light, it does improve my skin condition and my skin looks smooth and bright, I am not sure if it is maybe my psychology effective, but I am sure if I keep using it, it will have a big difference.

I have very stubborn acne on my jaw that doesn’t go away. I first tried light therapy mask through Neutrogena brand. Unfortunately there was a recall and I had to return it. After that, I decided to give this one a try. The mask is very sturdy and not flimsy like the Neutrogena one. It also has many different colors of light that help with different things like even skin tone, tighten skin, prevent wrinkles. You can also adjust the brighten of the light and set different timer. Overall when used consistently, it does help calm acne and avoid further inflammation.

Purchased this to help with acne. I have very sensitive skin and topical products just dry my face and cause irritation. This was a perfect solution. When I start to break out I wear for 20 mins on setting 3-4 and my skin looks better either with no progression of the pimples or has cleared what was there. I did notice my lips being a bit dry on the 4 setting when I left it on for more then 20 minutes. I have not tried the other setting for anti-aging or collagen boosting yet but so far I love this!

I purchased this product six months ago in the hopes to help heal facial chemical burns. I was very unsure if LED therapy really effective so I decided to try it. Aside from topical treatment of bio-oil daily, I used LED mask for 5 minute intervals in red light and green light mode. It really worked lightening some terrible scarring I would have kept above my brows. I attached some photos to let the results speak for themselves. My burns are hardly noticeable now! Of course the skin is raised but the pigmentation is almost identical prior to the burns. I hope this helps anyone who is interested for acne scars or dark spots (my sunspots also have lightened).

So happy my esthetician recommended this product. Once I became pregnant, I had to stop taking my prescription acne medication and my hormonal/cystic acne came back in full force. When I am consistent with my light therapy treatments, my acne stays at bay. I love my project e beauty seven color LED mask photon light skin rejuvenation therapy facial skin care mask!!!!! No sense in spending $2500 on Shani Darden’s fancy LED mask when this bad boy is under a buck fifty! It’s certainly not the most comfortable thing to wear and technically you’re not really supposed to do anything else while you’re wearing it, lest you ruin your eyesight from the bright LEDs. But I love it anyway! I find it particularly relaxing to wear while in flight, and my fellow travelers seem to enjoy it as well. I know not everyone agrees with masking in flight, but what else are you gonna do with those lost hours? Flying is terrible for your skin, so the least you can do is attempt to boost some collagen while you’re there. As far as if it works? I’ve noticed my breakouts subsiding from using the blue light, and only time will tell regarding the other light therapies, but I’m willing to try.

I have dealt with psoriasis since I was a teenager. It started on my scalp, and has slowly been creeping onto my face. I used prescriptions (Sorilux, Otezla) that barely slowed the spread, and had adverse side effects. I’ve used OTCs and tamanu oil, to no relief. I have found that a mixture of salicylic acid treatments once a week (at night) combined with this AFFORDABLE mask at 25 minutes/power 4/blue light in the morning five times a week actually works for me and my breakouts on my face. I wish I knew LED was a treatment years ago. If you’ve been suffering from psoriasis and nothing else is working, I’d highly recommend this mask.

I am really amazed by this led mask for repairing and maintaining my skin through its LED lights. You can actually see the effects. I used it for weeks and found my face brighter and tighter when I looked in the mirror. Whenever I used the led mask after squeeze my black head, I woke up the next day to find that the scar had almost healed, and less red. I’ve been using this led mask every night for a few weeks. I hope it makes me younger. Only one thing that is when I wear the mask, it pressures my eyes, then becomes so uncomfortable that I have to lie down. Hold the mark in one of my hands. Because I am super addicted to phone such that I have to put on the eye mask and then put on the LED mask. Above all, I am very satisfied with this! I love this Led mask, it is actually the second one I got. The first one I bought doesn’t have as much colors and tend to get too hot so I return it. After been using this for 2 weeks I feel that my skin is actually firmer, mainly I just use the red color Since my concern is wrinkle. I use blue light sometimes for my oily skin I don’t have blemish problem so I could only say it works well if you have oily skin as less oil secretion after few hours of makeup. I am writing this bc I read a lot of reviews on led face masks and I’m so glad they all rung true for this one. This mask is just awesome!! Very user friendly and easy to use. Long cord makes it very convenient (I keep it by my nightstand to easily use at night). I’ve only been using 10 min at a time- trying out different lights and I IMMEDIATELY notice brighter, happier, purer, calmer skin. It’s amazing! I have to try this mask when I saw it on Amazon. This thing is solidly build, I know because I dropped it the first time I used it. The lights are bright and its interesting when you are using it you can not really feel any thing besides the mask but I’ve notice my skin are getting less pimples. Other people have compliment my youthful skin the other day so I think it’s working. I’m going to keep using it and come back later for an update. But so far so good.

I bought this Led Face Mask is for my Christmas gift. I used this mask during my winter break (2 weeks). at the beginning, I did not have high expectation. In this 2 weeks I use it every other day. I have dark spot, after 2 weeks , I could see a litterdifference in my face. my skin looks bright and the spot have change be lightly. currently, I try to use 2 times a week. the suggestion say that it would be better to use it every day. however two times a week seems good for me. after 6 weeks. I could see my wrinkly was not looked obvious. I have to use moisturizer after using this Led mask. and have well sleeping. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have used it for 3 weeks now and I see the improvement on my skin more brighter and even tones. This will never happen with expensive creams and serums. Hopefully the maskt will last for long time. The only bad thing is the rubber plastic around the eyes make bad marks on your face and it takes at least couple hours to disappear. I actually flipped the rubber plastic and taped to the other side of the mask and finally it is not leaving any marks around my eyes and feels more comfortable. They should improve the thing around the eyes.

I use it immediately after washing my face, but BEFORE I put any C/hyloronic serums or lotions on. go 20-25 min on Red (level 5), usually followed by 20 min on Blue (level 5). THEN I use a serum, allow it to dry, then follow it with lotion. I only do a harsh cleanse or mask 2-3 times per month. I’ve been VERY happy with the results -several months of consistent use under my belt. Excellent value for the money, IF you have the discipline to use it consistently. Additionally, the manufacturer/seller is very easy/fair to work with if you have any issues. Highly recommend.

I use this mask daily on my face and chest and neck. I’ve notice my skin is tighter and brighter, It helps smooth skin, and wrinkles are less noticible. I have a specific deep wrinkle that really looks like a scar. It’s hardly noticeable now! My daughter hadn’t seen me in 3 months and asked me if I had gotten botox and filler – and I had only been using the device for 6-8weeks at that time. It also makes me sit still every day and I find it helps me to be mindful and is a very relaxing time. To me, this has certainly been worth the money. This isn’t magic but is part of a daily routine combined with lotions for my face, neck and chest. The outcome is that I love how I look.
